lancia il materiale PA6 per SLS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ricoh 3D ha lanciato un nuovo materiale in polvere per la sinterizzazione laser selettiva, che consente di produrre componenti super resistenti, ideali per il settore automobilistico.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Ricoh 3D offre ora il materiale PA6 per le parti SLS dopo che il mese scorso \u00e8 stata prodotta e verificata la parte finale di qualificazione del materiale.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/it\/pa6\/\">PA6 <\/a>\u00e8 un materiale in Nylon 6 non caricato con propriet\u00e0 simili a quelle delle parti in Nylon 6 stampate a iniezione.<\/p>\n\n<p>Permette di produrre componenti di\nin cui la resistenza meccanica e la stabilit\u00e0 al calore sono requisiti fondamentali.<\/p>\n\n<p>Enrico Gallino, specialista dei materiali di Ricoh, ha dichiarato: &#8220;\u00c8 molto interessante poter offrire il materiale PA6 per la sinterizzazione laser selettiva.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Se hai bisogno di pezzi con una forza superiore, resistenza al calore e agli agenti chimici, nonch\u00e9 di geometrie complesse, allora abbiamo la risposta.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Il materiale PA6 \u00e8 la soluzione ideale per i componenti interni ed esterni delle automobili, per le parti sotto il cofano, per i connettori elettrici e per i prototipi funzionali&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c8 stato dimostrato che il PA6 offre\nresistenza agli oli e ai fluidi, anche a temperature elevate.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ricoh offre anche una serie di soluzioni di post-elaborazione\ncon PA6, tra cui giunzione, lisciatura e tintura.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Il materiale ha una temperatura di fusione\ndi 220\u2070C e una temperatura di deformazione termica di <sup>192oC<\/sup>\n(carico di 0,45Mpa).<\/p>\n\n<p>La nuova polvere di PA6 \u00e8 stata sviluppata presso l&#8217;impianto di stampa 3D all&#8217;avanguardia di Ricoh, situato presso la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ricoh.co.uk\/index.html\"> Ricoh UK Products Ltd <\/a>di Telford, nel
