{"id":36186,"date":"2024-12-19T16:07:24","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T16:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/aiutare-toyota-a-immettere-piu-velocemente-i-prodotti-sul-mercato\/"},"modified":"2024-12-19T16:19:33","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T16:19:33","slug":"aiutare-toyota-a-immettere-piu-velocemente-i-prodotti-sul-mercato","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/it\/risorse\/casi-di-studio\/aiutare-toyota-a-immettere-piu-velocemente-i-prodotti-sul-mercato\/","title":{"rendered":"Aiutare Toyota a immettere pi\u00f9 velocemente i prodotti sul mercato"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nome del progetto:<\/strong> Test sui componenti esterni della Toyota\nCorolla<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Sommario<\/strong> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toyota.co.uk\/\">Toyota <\/a>utilizza la stampa 3D di Ricoh nell&#8217;industria automobilistica per convalidare una serie di componenti esterni per il design, l&#8217;adattamento e il funzionamento.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Il problema<\/strong> | Fondata nel 1936, Toyota \u00e8 un nome familiare e leader di mercato nel <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/it\/industrie\/automotive\/\">settore automobilistico<\/a>, noto per l&#8217;innovazione e la qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il produttore leader di automobili\naveva bisogno di convalidare il design, l&#8217;adattamento e il funzionamento di una gamma di\ncomponenti esterni per i modelli Corolla hybrid, touring sport e\nhatchback, ma il processo di produzione tradizionale lo rendeva\ncostoso e lungo.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La soluzione<\/strong> | Utilizzando il servizio di stampa 3D AM di Ricoh nel settore automobilistico, siamo stati in grado di produrre i componenti, tra cui il kit completo di minigonne del paraurti, in una frazione di tempo, utilizzando il nostro esclusivo materiale in polipropilene.<\/p>\n\n<p>Grazie\nalle sue propriet\u00e0 di leggerezza e flessibilit\u00e0, il polipropilene \u00e8 la scelta ideale\nper le parti esterne delle auto che devono flettersi e offrire prestazioni super leggere\n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il nostro\npolipropilene ha permesso a Toyota di stampare prototipi nel materiale finale\nscelto. Utilizzando la nostra tecnologia, il sistema AM S5500P di Ricoh per la sinterizzazione laser selettiva\n(SLS) ha permesso a Toyota di testare le prestazioni dei componenti dei prototipi sui\nloro veicoli di prova, compresi i test nella galleria del vento. <\/p>\n\n<p>La produzione di prototipi con la tecnologia AM ha permesso a Toyota di capire con maggiore precisione come si comportano i prototipi in materiale d&#8217;uso finale durante i test, riducendo il ciclo di sviluppo end-to-end dei suoi prodotti, ottenendo risparmi sui costi e sfruttando la potenza della tecnologia AM per introdurre pi\u00f9 rapidamente nuovi modelli sul mercato.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Nell&#8217;ambito di questo rapporto\ncontinuativo, Ricoh ha anche lavorato per perfezionare ulteriormente il nostro processo
