Pourtant, de nombreux fabricants se heurtent rapidement \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 frustrante\u00a0: <\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00ab La fabrication additive est excellente pour le prototypage, mais les co\u00fbts ne sont pas rentables pour la production de masse. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous avons remplac\u00e9 une pi\u00e8ce existante par une pi\u00e8ce fabriqu\u00e9e par fabrication additive, mais nous ne constatons pas les avantages escompt\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Ce sont des murs ordinaires \u2014 et ils mettent en lumi\u00e8re une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 importante :<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>La valeur de la fabrication additive ne se r\u00e9v\u00e8le pas uniquement par le remplacement de pi\u00e8ces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le pi\u00e8ge de l&rsquo;optimisation partielle<\/h2>\n\n<p>Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/yoichi-ito-77825928b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yoichi Ito<\/a> , chercheur chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ricoh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ricoh Company Ltd<\/a> (division R&amp;D des technologies avanc\u00e9es) :  <em>\u00ab Dans de nombreuses usines, l&rsquo;adoption de la fabrication additive se r\u00e9sume encore \u00e0 la conception traditionnelle pour la fabrication additive (DfAM). Souvent, cela signifie se concentrer sur l&rsquo;optimisation topologique pour r\u00e9duire le poids, consolider plusieurs pi\u00e8ces en une seule impression, ou m\u00eame simplement imprimer un composant existant d&rsquo;une nouvelle mani\u00e8re. \u00bb <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Mais Ricoh remet aujourd&rsquo;hui cette approche en question en posant une question cruciale : \u00ab Le DfAM augmente-t-il r\u00e9ellement la valeur de votre produit ? \u00bb \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Le simple remplacement d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce fabriqu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re conventionnelle par une version fabriqu\u00e9e par fabrication additive \u2014 tout en laissant le syst\u00e8me environnant inchang\u00e9 \u2014 peut en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 entra\u00eener des co\u00fbts plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des avantages limit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<p>C\u2019est ce que Yoichi appelle le <strong>\u00ab pi\u00e8ge de l\u2019optimisation partielle \u00bb,<\/strong> un pi\u00e8ge qui emp\u00eache la fabrication additive de d\u00e9ployer tout son potentiel\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n<p>La possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er des architectures syst\u00e8me enti\u00e8rement nouvelles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 de conception.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De la conception pour la fabrication additive (DfAM) \u00e0 la conception pour la fabrication additive (RDfAM)<\/h2>\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Pour \u00e9chapper \u00e0 ce pi\u00e8ge et cr\u00e9er de la valeur au niveau du syst\u00e8me, je propose une nouvelle m\u00e9thodologie de conception : <strong>RDwAM (R\u00e9volutionner la conception avec la fabrication additive)<\/strong> \u00bb<\/em> , a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Yoichi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas simplement d&rsquo;une technique permettant de fa\u00e7onner diff\u00e9remment des pi\u00e8ces. C&rsquo;est une innovation du processus de conception lui-m\u00eame, combinant\u00a0: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pens\u00e9e syst\u00e9mique<\/strong> \u2014 comprendre l&rsquo;ensemble du module et de l&rsquo;architecture environnants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La pens\u00e9e conceptuelle<\/strong> \u2014 d\u00e9couvrir des besoins et des opportunit\u00e9s fonctionnels plus profonds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9invention anticip\u00e9e<\/strong> \u2014 repenser avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir le premier plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En bref\u00a0: la fabrication additive apporte le plus de valeur lorsqu\u2019on ne se demande pas <em>\u00ab\u00a0Comment imprimer cette pi\u00e8ce\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Mais demandez plut\u00f4t :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Avons-nous encore besoin de ce composant ?<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Peut-on \u00e9liminer des sous-syst\u00e8mes entiers\u00a0?<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>\u00c0 quoi ressemblerait ce design si la fabrication additive \u00e9tait le point de d\u00e9part ?<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le collecteur : la projection de liant en aluminium en action<\/h2>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des exemples les plus probants de cette philosophie est le collecteur d&rsquo;encre <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/fr\/technologies\/bjt\/\">\u00e0 liant en aluminium<\/a> de Ricoh.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette application d\u00e9montre comment la fabrication additive devient un outil d&rsquo;innovation r\u00e9elle \u2014 non pas une simple conception compacte, mais une optimisation au niveau du syst\u00e8me ax\u00e9e a pu r\u00e9duire le nombre d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s de vannes n\u00e9cessaires dans le module global.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cela donne :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Complexit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique r\u00e9duite<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stabilit\u00e9 des performances am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la circulation de l&rsquo;encre<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ce type de refonte n&rsquo;est possible que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9invention du syst\u00e8me rendue possible par la fabrication class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De Formnext 2024 \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le collecteur a \u00e9t\u00e9
