<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifam.fraunhofer.de\/en\/Events\/sinter-based-additive-manufacturing-workshop-2025.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">atelier 2025 sur la fabrication additive bas\u00e9e sur le frittage<\/a> \u00e0 Br\u00eame, en Allemagne, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement cl\u00e9 r\u00e9unissant les leaders des technologies de fabrication additive bas\u00e9es sur le frittage du monde entier, notamment Ricoh 3D, HP et Desktop Metal.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/claus-aumund-kopp-134150165\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Claus Aumund-Kopp<\/a> de Fraunhofer IFAM a d\u00e9cern\u00e9 la plus haute distinction \u00e0 Ricoh pour sa contribution exceptionnelle \u00e0 l&rsquo;avancement de l&rsquo;utilisation du jet de liant en aluminium dans la production de composants \u00e0 haute performance et rentables.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le composant gagnant, une ailette de dissipateur thermique \u00e0 onduleur BJT en aluminium, d\u00e9montre la capacit\u00e9 de Ricoh \u00e0 produire des structures l\u00e9g\u00e8res et thermiquement efficaces adapt\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes de refroidissement \u00e0 onduleur des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE).<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"760\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SBAM-Award-2025-1.png\" alt=\"&#xC9;tude de cas sur les ailettes du dissipateur thermique &#xE0; Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues pour am\u00e9liorer la turbulence du flux d&rsquo;air, optimiser les \u00e9changes thermiques et am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 globale du refroidissement. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les simulations de dynamique des fluides num\u00e9rique (CFD) ont confirm\u00e9 que la conception hybride en aluminium de Ricoh d\u00e9passe les performances de refroidissement des ailettes en cuivre conventionnelles, tout en atteignant des co\u00fbts de production comparables.<\/p>\n\n<p>La conception int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement un processus d&rsquo;assemblage hybride qui r\u00e9duit le volume imprim\u00e9 en 3D, diminuant consid\u00e9rablement l&rsquo;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux et les co\u00fbts de fabrication tout en garantissant une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 robuste gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration avec des couvercles en aluminium fabriqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re conventionnelle.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9veloppement collaboratif \u00e0 travers les continents<\/h2>\n\n<p>Cette r\u00e9ussite t\u00e9moigne de la collaboration mondiale entre les \u00e9quipes britanniques et japonaises de Ricoh et un important fournisseur japonais de dissipateurs thermiques. En travaillant sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires selon un cycle de d\u00e9veloppement continu \u00ab\u00a0jour et nuit\u00a0\u00bb, Ricoh a maximis\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9 et acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 l&rsquo;innovation, du concept au prototype. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ailette du dissipateur thermique a \u00e9t\u00e9 produite comme \u00e9chantillon d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de pr\u00e9-production, dans le but de passer \u00e0 la production de masse pour des applications concr\u00e8tes sur v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. En cas de succ\u00e8s, elle pourrait marquer une \u00e9tape majeure vers l&rsquo;adoption commerciale du jet de liant d&rsquo;aluminium pour des composants fonctionnels et hautes performances. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Piloter l&rsquo;avenir du jet de liant d&rsquo;aluminium<\/h2>\n\n<p>La technologie BJT de Ricoh gagne en popularit\u00e9 dans le secteur de la fabrication additive m\u00e9tallique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de la poudre, son frittage \u00e0 densit\u00e9 uniforme et son adaptabilit\u00e9 aux environnements de production. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement continu des mat\u00e9riaux, \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation des processus et \u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 post-frittage, Ricoh vise \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une fabrication BJT en aluminium \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle r\u00e9pondant aux exigences des secteurs de la mobilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, et bien plus encore. <\/p>\n\n<p>Le remplacement du cuivre par l\u2019aluminium offre de multiples avantages : co\u00fbt r\u00e9duit (notamment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la production de masse), poids plus l\u00e9ger et approvisionnement en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res plus stable, ce qui en fait une solution int\u00e9ressante pour la production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de composants de gestion
