Dans la fabrication conventionnelle, la s\u00e9rie 6000 est une classe d&rsquo;alliage d&rsquo;aluminium couramment utilis\u00e9e, apportant une grande solidit\u00e9 et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion \u00e0 une large gamme d&rsquo;applications. <\/p>\n\n<p>Les alliages d&rsquo;aluminium de la s\u00e9rie 6000 sont cependant plus sensibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;oxydation et moins tol\u00e9rants aux impuret\u00e9s, ce qui les rend parmi les plus difficiles \u00e0 fritter, explique Ricoh.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-am.com\/ricoh-develops-binder-jet-process-for-aluminium-part-production\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En 2020,<\/a> l&rsquo;entreprise a lanc\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie 4000 en aluminium (AlSi) qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption d&rsquo;une technologie de frittage en phase liquide, a rendu possible le jet de liant de ce mat\u00e9riau. Pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la s\u00e9rie 6000, Ricoh s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Institut Fraunhofer pour les technologies de fabrication et les mat\u00e9riaux avanc\u00e9s (IFAM) de Br\u00eame, en Allemagne, et a de nouveau eu recours au processus de frittage en phase liquide. <\/p>\n\n<p>Lors du frittage de la s\u00e9rie 6000, Ricoh contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les gaz dans le four et utilise un liant hautement d\u00e9gradable avec un processus de d\u00e9liantage optimis\u00e9. Ces d\u00e9veloppements technologiques ont rendu possible l&rsquo;utilisation du Binder Jetting pour produire des pi\u00e8ces complexes de la s\u00e9rie 6000. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metal-am.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/02\/Ricoh-Fig-2.png\" alt=\"Fig 2 Image de tomographie &#xE0; rayons X de pi&#xE8;ces d'&#xE9;chantillon en aluminium de la s&#xE9;rie 6000 fabriqu&#xE9;es par Ricoh BJT (avec l'autorisation de Ricoh)\" class=\"wp-image-91489\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p><em>Fig 2 Image de tomographie \u00e0 rayons X de pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;aluminium de la s\u00e9rie 6000 fabriqu\u00e9es par Ricoh BJT<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des pi\u00e8ces fritt\u00e9es en aluminium de la s\u00e9rie 6000<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Binder Jetting, une gouttelette de liant est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e s\u00e9lectivement sur un lit de poudre, couche par couche, pour fabriquer un corps vert. Cette pi\u00e8ce verte subit ensuite un processus de d\u00e9liantage et de frittage, densifiant le corps vert pour obtenir la pi\u00e8ce fritt\u00e9e. Cependant, le jet de liant dans l&rsquo;aluminium s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 probl\u00e9matique car l&rsquo;oxyde de surface entrave la densification lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de frittage.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Suite au d\u00e9veloppement de la s\u00e9rie 6000 en aluminium de Ricoh, les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la densit\u00e9 relative des pi\u00e8ces fritt\u00e9es en aluminium 6000 produites d\u00e9passe 97%.<\/p>\n\n<p>La tomographie \u00e0 rayons X (Fig. 2) de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon fritt\u00e9 montre qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de grands vides \u00e0 la surface ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. La microstructure du m\u00eame \u00e9chantillon de la s\u00e9rie 6000 est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la figure 3 sous un plus fort grossissement, indiquant \u00e9galement une densification suffisante apr\u00e8s le frittage. La densit\u00e9 relative de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon observ\u00e9 est de 97,9 %.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metal-am.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/02\/Ricoh-Fig-3.png\" alt=\"Fig 3 Microstructure des &#xE9;chantillons de pi&#xE8;ces en aluminium de la s&#xE9;rie 6000 (avec l'autorisation de Ricoh)  \" class=\"wp-image-91490\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Fig 3 Microstructure des \u00e9chantillons d&rsquo;aluminium de la s\u00e9rie 6000<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>Ricoh explique que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s importantes pour les applications de l&rsquo;aluminium, telles que la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction et la conductivit\u00e9 thermique, sont \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 celles des m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est d&rsquo;environ 250 MPa apr\u00e8s le traitement thermique T6, un traitement thermique courant pour l&rsquo;aluminium de la s\u00e9rie 6000. La conductivit\u00e9 thermique, mesur\u00e9e par la m\u00e9thode du flash laser, a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 180 W\/mK, ce qui est \u00e9quivalent aux moulages en aluminium de la s\u00e9rie 6000.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poursuite de la collaboration<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ricoh affirme que sa s\u00e9rie 6000 est id\u00e9ale pour les \u00e9changeurs de chaleur et les composants structurels l\u00e9gers, ainsi que pour d&rsquo;autres applications.
