Tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9e pour les visites virtuelles par les agences immobili\u00e8res, les ventes de v\u00e9hicules, etc., RICOH a essay\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser la cam\u00e9ra THETA en interne pour une diffusion en continu 24 heures sur 24 afin de surveiller sa cha\u00eene de production. Cette mesure de protection est mise en place parce qu&rsquo;une surchauffe peut r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de RICOH a entrepris de redessiner le couvercle de l&rsquo;appareil THETA pour mieux dissiper la chaleur afin que l&rsquo;appareil ne devienne pas suffisamment chaud pour s&rsquo;\u00e9teindre. Elle a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 fabriquer la pi\u00e8ce redessin\u00e9e avec sa propre technologie de projection de liant d&rsquo;aluminium pour en d\u00e9montrer les capacit\u00e9s.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>nTop est id\u00e9al pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes thermiques car il nous permet de mod\u00e9liser et de tester facilement et rapidement la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la dissipation de la chaleur<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p><cite>Tsuji Masato<br\/>Concepteur m\u00e9canique, d\u00e9veloppement de la section m\u00e9catronique et logiciels<br\/>Additive Manufacturing Business Center<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Fonctions avanc\u00e9es de gestion de la chaleur con\u00e7ues pour la fabrication additive<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En cr\u00e9ant une structure TPMS dans nTop, RICOH a redessin\u00e9 les voies de transfert de chaleur, permettant une meilleure dissipation de la chaleur \u00e0 travers le couvercle avant de l&rsquo;appareil photo. Le bo\u00eetier redessin\u00e9 de l&rsquo;appareil photo a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les exigences de gestion thermique de RICOH, et la nouvelle structure a pu \u00eatre produite avec la technologie de projection de liant d&rsquo;aluminium de RICOH. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>24% plus froid <\/strong>que l&rsquo;original<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utilisation continue pendant plus de 24 heures <\/strong>sans arr\u00eat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure complexes et fiables a permis \u00e0 RICOH de d\u00e9velopper et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer plusieurs structures pour le couvercle de l&rsquo;appareil photo avant de parvenir \u00e0 une solution optimale. RICOH a utilis\u00e9 la mod\u00e9lisation implicite pour cr\u00e9er une structure TPMS qu&rsquo;il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile, voire impossible, de r\u00e9aliser avec un logiciel de CAO traditionnel. Les mod\u00e8les cr\u00e9\u00e9s instantan\u00e9ment par RICOH dans nTop auraient n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des heures de travail dans un autre logiciel. Cette technologie innovante a permis de fabriquer les petites caract\u00e9ristiques complexes des caches d&rsquo;appareil photo.
