Le site fabrique trois variantes de bouteilles de toner moul\u00e9es par soufflage et il fallait trouver une solution pour int\u00e9grer trois gabarits dans un seul mod\u00e8le, afin de gagner du temps et de l&rsquo;argent. Les bouteilles de toner, distribu\u00e9es dans le monde entier,\n sont essentiels au fonctionnement des machines pour les clients de Ricoh. <\/p>\n\n<p>RPL utilise des gabarits, ou des rondelles de bouteille, pour\n positionner les bouteilles de toner dans le moyen de transport pour un test d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 dans un syst\u00e8me automatis\u00e9\n processus. L&rsquo;outillage interne est extr\u00eamement sensible aux co\u00fbts et soumis \u00e0 l&rsquo;un des\n Les principes directeurs de Ricoh\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0fabrication \u00e0 tr\u00e8s bas co\u00fbt\u00a0\u00bb. Pour atteindre un\n r\u00e9duction significative des co\u00fbts, sans sacrifier les normes de fabrication de Ricoh,\n n\u00e9cessite de l&rsquo;innovation technologique et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour changer ou r\u00e9organiser\n processus d&rsquo;affaires.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;un nouvel outillage s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;usine d&#8217;embouteillage, l&rsquo;entreprise a cherch\u00e9 des moyens d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les mat\u00e9riaux inutiles et de r\u00e9duire les temps de changement de produit, le poids et, surtout, les co\u00fbts. \u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, chaque bouteille de toner \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9e de son propre syst\u00e8me de fixation sur mesure, compos\u00e9 de 20 gabarits par produit. Ainsi, lors du changement de ligne pour un produit diff\u00e9rent, les fixations devaient \u00eatre retir\u00e9es et stock\u00e9es. Compte tenu de l&rsquo;environnement de production exigeant, il \u00e9tait\n essentiel de garantir les performances en utilisant l&rsquo;analyse FEA et d&rsquo;avoir un facteur robuste\n de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Nous n&rsquo;avons d\u00e9sormais plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 d\u00e9placer des inserts l\u00e9gers lors du changement d&rsquo;outil, ce qui repr\u00e9sente pour nous un gain consid\u00e9rable, difficile \u00e0 quantifier. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p>La r\u00e9duction de poids signifie \u00e9galement plus\n les bouteilles peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es en m\u00eame temps, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la contrainte r\u00e9duite sur le convoyeur\n \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des syst\u00e8mes et des \u00e9quipements. Ces facteurs ont finalement conduit \u00e0 une augmentation\n rendement de production de 80 % \u00e0 99,3 % dans un d\u00e9lai similaire.
