L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de recherche en orth\u00e8ses de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rjah.nhs.uk\/\">l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital orthop\u00e9dique Robert Jones et Agnes Hunt<\/a> a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un m\u00e9canisme intelligent \u00e0 levier-charni\u00e8re qui ouvre le CCD pour une utilisation plus ais\u00e9e, tout en aidant l&rsquo;utilisateur \u00e0 appliquer la force d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Ce m\u00e9canisme a d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 par\n usinage et assemblage conventionnels mais, apr\u00e8s consultation avec Ricoh 3D, il\n il \u00e9tait clair que l&rsquo;impression 3D offrait une meilleure option en imprimant la rotule\n in situ, \u00e9liminant ainsi le besoin d&rsquo;assemblage. Le produit fini a \u00e9t\u00e9\n l\u00e9ger et robuste mais flexible et test\u00e9 sur plus de 3 000 cycles, avec un\n dur\u00e9e de vie estim\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de cinq ans. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;aide imprim\u00e9e en 3D a re\u00e7u des retours positifs de la part des utilisateurs, mais l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Ricoh 3D savait que d&rsquo;autres avantages, tels que des structures en treillis et l&rsquo;\u00e9limination de la poudre pi\u00e9g\u00e9e, \u00e9taient possibles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un logiciel d&rsquo;optimisation de la conception, tout en conservant une r\u00e9sistance suffisante pour l&rsquo;application pr\u00e9vue. L&rsquo;appareil \u00e9tant produit en petites s\u00e9ries, la r\u00e9duction du co\u00fbt global gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et une consommation de poudre r\u00e9duite \u00e9tait essentielle. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, une analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (AEF) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e afin de d\u00e9terminer le coefficient de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 actuel et de d\u00e9terminer la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re pouvant \u00eatre retir\u00e9e et les zones \u00e0 retirer. Les structures en treillis ont \u00e9t\u00e9\n La poudre introduite et emprisonn\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9e pour all\u00e9ger le levier de 40 %, de\n 48,3 g \u00e0 29,2 g et obtenez une r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de 15 %   <\/p>\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;essais de charge destructifs a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e\n pour confirmer que la pi\u00e8ce nouvellement optimis\u00e9e a fonctionn\u00e9 et \u00e9tait aussi solide que l&rsquo;original\n conception.
