When an automated pick and place system suffered an unexpected breakdown due to a broken robot gripper, <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/fr\/technologies\/fdm\/\">FDM <\/a>3d printing proved itself essential to the continuity of operations.<\/p>\n\n<p>Des pinces robotis\u00e9es sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues sont n\u00e9cessaires pour pr\u00e9lever les pi\u00e8ces de l&rsquo;outil de moulage par injection, les pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 une cam\u00e9ra d&rsquo;inspection, les d\u00e9placer vers un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alldotech.com\/qr-code-laser-engraving-machine\/\">syst\u00e8me de gravure laser de code QR<\/a> avant de les placer finalement sur un convoyeur pour \u00eatre emball\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me \u00e9tant hors service, les arr\u00eats de production ont perturb\u00e9 la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement. Nous ne pouvions tout simplement pas g\u00e9rer cet impr\u00e9vu.\n temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat et aurions \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9s de changer de production et de modifier notre calendrier\n sur cette machine. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;impression 3D, nous pourrions absorber la quantit\u00e9 relativement faible\n des temps d\u2019arr\u00eat et respecter le calendrier sans impact sur les autres secteurs de l\u2019entreprise. \u00bb  <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, chez Ricoh 3D, nous disposons d&rsquo;un stock tampon de deux jours pour faire face \u00e0 des sc\u00e9narios comme celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cependant, avec un impact potentiel sur la cha\u00eene de production pendant trois jours, les stocks auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9puis\u00e9s et les lignes de production auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 paralys\u00e9es. Une fois la production red\u00e9marr\u00e9e, il aurait fallu reconstituer les stocks \u00e9puis\u00e9s en travaillant en \u00e9quipe suppl\u00e9mentaire.
