La cr\u00e9ation de prototypes fonctionnels permettant une am\u00e9lioration continue avant la production en s\u00e9rie est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de l&rsquo;offre MAHLE. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ricoh 3D a fourni la solution pour faire de ce r\u00eave une r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Le probl\u00e8me<\/strong> | MAHLE est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la fabrication d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de refroidissement, notamment de radiateurs et d&rsquo;\u00e9changeurs de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour accompagner les constructeurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de v\u00e9hicules, il est essentiel que MAHLE soit en mesure de r\u00e9aliser des tests dans le cadre d&rsquo;un cycle d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue avant la production en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le besoin d&rsquo;un prototype fonctionnel \u00e9tait \u00e9vident, mais MAHLE\n travaill\u00e9 uniquement avec des mat\u00e9riaux en nylon 6 pour le moulage par injection, en utilisant diff\u00e9rents\n fibres de verre. MAHLE constate d\u00e9j\u00e0 les avantages en termes de co\u00fbts et de temps li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;impression 3D pour le prototypage. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Comment nous l&rsquo;avons fait<\/strong> |<\/p>\n\n<p>Ricoh 3D is uniquely positioned in the market, with one of the largest Selective Laser Sintering systems that is able to print <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/3d-materials\/sls-printing\/pa6-gb\/\">Domo Technyl\u00ae Sinterline PA6 GB<\/a> \u2013 a material that producies super strong components ideally suited to the automotive sector.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le PA6 GB est un verre \u00e0 40 %\n Mat\u00e9riau en nylon 6 charg\u00e9 avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s similaires \u00e0 celles du nylon moul\u00e9 par injection\n 6 parties.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il permet \u00e0 la\n production de composants o\u00f9 les exigences de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, de r\u00e9sistance aux\n Les huiles et les fluides \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et aux g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes doivent tous \u00eatre respect\u00e9s.\n Ricoh a \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer en interne, la taille ne pose donc
