lanza el material PA6 para SLS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ricoh 3D ha lanzado un nuevo material en polvo para el sinterizado selectivo por l\u00e1ser, que produce componentes superresistentes id\u00f3neos para el sector de la automoci\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Ricoh 3D ofrece ahora material PA6 para piezas SLS despu\u00e9s de que el mes pasado se produjera y verificara su pieza final de cualificaci\u00f3n de material.<\/p>\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/es\/materiales\/sls\/pa6\/\">PA6 <\/a>es un material de nailon 6 sin relleno con propiedades similares a las de las piezas de nailon 6 moldeadas por inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Permite fabricar componentes de\nen los que la resistencia mec\u00e1nica y la estabilidad t\u00e9rmica son requisitos fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n<p>Enrico Gallino, especialista en materiales de Ricoh, dijo: \u00abEs muy emocionante ofrecer ahora material PA6 para el sinterizado selectivo por l\u00e1ser.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abSi necesitas piezas con una resistencia superior, resistencia al calor y a los productos qu\u00edmicos, as\u00ed como geometr\u00edas complejas, tenemos la respuesta.  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abEl material PA6 es la soluci\u00f3n ideal para componentes de automoci\u00f3n interiores y exteriores, piezas de automoci\u00f3n bajo el cap\u00f3, conectores el\u00e9ctricos y prototipos funcionales\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n<p>Se ha demostrado que la PA6 ofrece\nresistencia al aceite y los fluidos, incluso a alta temperatura.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ricoh tambi\u00e9n ofrece una gama de soluciones de postprocesado\ncon PA6 que incluyen la uni\u00f3n, el alisado y el tintado.  <\/p>\n\n<p>El material tiene una temperatura de fusi\u00f3n\nde 220\u2070C y una temperatura de deformaci\u00f3n por calor de <sup>192oC<\/sup>\n(carga de 0,45Mpa).<\/p>\n\n<p>El nuevo polvo PA6 se ha desarrollado en las instalaciones de impresi\u00f3n 3D de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ricoh.co.uk\/index.html\"> Ricoh <\/a>, situadas en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ricoh.co.uk\/index.html\"> Ricoh UK Products Ltd <\/a>, en Telford (Reino Unido).<\/p>\n\n<p>El
