La elecci\u00f3n correcta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Mark Dickin, Director de Ingenier\u00eda de AM y Moldeo en Ricoh 3D, explica c\u00f3mo ambas tecnolog\u00edas pueden complementarse en lugar de competir y responde a c\u00f3mo elegir correctamente entre moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n o impresi\u00f3n 3D.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>A menudo nos preguntan qu\u00e9 m\u00e9todo de fabricaci\u00f3n es mejor, \u00bfel moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n o la impresi\u00f3n 3D?<\/p>\n\n<p>Bueno, es un poco como preguntar qu\u00e9 herramienta es mejor, un martillo\no una sierra. Depende totalmente del trabajo que se est\u00e9 realizando. <\/p>\n\n<p>Volvamos a lo b\u00e1sico.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Llevamos moldeando por inyecci\u00f3n in situ en Ricoh desde\nprincipios de los a\u00f1os 90. En t\u00e9rminos muy sencillos, el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n consiste en introducir a presi\u00f3n material fundido\nen un molde predise\u00f1ado, donde se enfr\u00eda y endurece\npara crear la pieza deseada. <\/p>\n\n<p>La impresi\u00f3n 3D, por su parte, crea un objeto construyendo miles\nde capas de material sin herramienta ni molde.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cada m\u00e9todo tiene ventajas y limitaciones muy distintas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Si est\u00e1s en la fase de creaci\u00f3n de prototipos, la impresi\u00f3n 3D (o\nfabricaci\u00f3n aditiva) ser\u00e1 casi con toda seguridad la mejor opci\u00f3n. En\nno hay costes de utillaje y es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que los m\u00e9todos tradicionales, lo que significa que puedes\nrevisar un producto, hacer retoques y volver a empezar en cuesti\u00f3n de d\u00edas. <\/p>\n\n<p>Un prototipo de AM tambi\u00e9n puede imprimirse a menudo en el material de uso final\n, lo que significa que puede validarse f\u00e1cilmente como producto acabado.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pero la impresi\u00f3n 3D no se limita a la creaci\u00f3n de prototipos: puede ofrecer\nresultados rentables y superiores cuando se requiere una producci\u00f3n de bajo volumen, piezas personalizadas,\no componentes de gran complejidad geom\u00e9trica. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser una\nparte vital de la cadena de producci\u00f3n y montaje, creando plantillas personalizadas y\nfijaciones bajo demanda para optimizar y acelerar todo el flujo de fabricaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sin embargo, si quieres aumentar la escala y pasar a la producci\u00f3n en serie\n, llegar\u00e1 un momento en que la econom\u00eda favorezca el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n\n. Lo que no podemos decir categ\u00f3ricamente es a partir de qu\u00e9 n\u00famero de unidades la balanza\nse inclina de AM a IJ Cada cliente y cada proyecto son diferentes. <\/p>\n\n<p>A veces el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n puede ser una mejor opci\u00f3n para 10 unidades\n, otras veces la impresi\u00f3n 3D ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s rentable para 100 unidades.\nCosas como la complejidad del objeto y el tama\u00f1o pueden marcar la diferencia\n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, un producto puede costar m\u00e1s por unidad utilizando AM,\npero a\u00fan as\u00ed puede ser la mejor opci\u00f3n si se tiene en cuenta una reducci\u00f3n de la mano de obra o un tiempo de comercializaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido\n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Lo importante es no pensar en la impresi\u00f3n 3D y el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n\ncomo tecnolog\u00edas competidoras.
