Platz ausgezeichnet. Der Preis wird f\u00fcr die innovative Aluminium-K\u00fchlrippe f\u00fcr Inverter-K\u00fchlk\u00f6rper vergeben, die mit <a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/de\/technologies\/bjt\/\">der Metal Binder Jetting<\/a> (BJT)-Technologie von Ricoh hergestellt wurde.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anerkennung im Bereich der additiven Metallfertigung<\/h2>\n\n<p>Die Auszeichnung wurde am Er\u00f6ffnungstag des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifam.fraunhofer.de\/en\/Events\/sinter-based-additive-manufacturing-workshop-2025.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Workshops \u201e2025 Sinter-Based Additive Manufacturing\u201c<\/a> in Bremen, Deutschland, bekannt gegeben \u2013 einer wichtigen Veranstaltung, die f\u00fchrende Unternehmen im Bereich der sinterbasierten AM-Technologien aus der ganzen Welt zusammenbringt, darunter Ricoh 3D, HP und Desktop Metal.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/claus-aumund-kopp-134150165\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Claus Aumund-Kopp<\/a> vom Fraunhofer IFAM \u00fcberreichte Ricoh die h\u00f6chste Auszeichnung f\u00fcr seinen herausragenden Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Einsatzes von Aluminium-Binder-Jetting in der leistungsstarken und kosteng\u00fcnstigen Komponentenproduktion.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die Gewinnerkomponente, eine BJT-Inverter-K\u00fchlrippe aus Aluminium, demonstriert die F\u00e4higkeit von Ricoh, leichte, thermisch effiziente Strukturen herzustellen, die speziell auf die K\u00fchlsysteme von Invertern in Elektrofahrzeugen (EV) zugeschnitten sind.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"760\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SBAM-Award-2025-1.png\" alt=\"Fallstudie zu den K&#xFC;hlrippen des Aluminium-BJT-Wechselrichters von Ricoh, die auf dem SBAM-Workshop 2025 vorgestellt wird.\" class=\"wp-image-39377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SBAM-Award-2025-1.png 760w, https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SBAM-Award-2025-1-300x193.png 300w, https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SBAM-Award-2025-1-356x230.png 356w, https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SBAM-Award-2025-1-200x128.png 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technische Exzellenz und Designinnovation<\/h2>\n\n<p>Die K\u00fchlrippen mit den Abmessungen 60 x 20 x 8 mm und einem Gewicht von 11 Gramm wurden im Ricoh-eigenen BJT-Verfahren aus AISI-Aluminiumlegierungspulver hergestellt. Die Lamellen wurden entwickelt, um den turbulenten Luftstrom zu verst\u00e4rken, den W\u00e4rmeaustausch zu optimieren und die Gesamtk\u00fchleffizienz zu verbessern. <\/p>\n\n<p>CFD-Simulationen (Computational Fluid Dynamics) best\u00e4tigten, dass das Hybrid-Aluminium-Design von Ricoh die K\u00fchlleistung herk\u00f6mmlicher Kupferplattenlamellen \u00fcbertrifft \u2013 und das bei vergleichbaren Produktionskosten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Das Design umfasst au\u00dferdem ein Hybridverbindungsverfahren, das das 3D-gedruckte Volumen reduziert, den Materialverbrauch und die Herstellungskosten deutlich senkt und gleichzeitig durch die Integration mit konventionell gefertigten Aluminiumabdeckungen eine robuste Wasserdichtigkeit gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gemeinsame Entwicklung \u00fcber Kontinente hinweg<\/h2>\n\n<p>Dieser Erfolg spiegelt die globale Zusammenarbeit zwischen den britischen und japanischen Teams von Ricoh und einem f\u00fchrenden japanischen K\u00fchlk\u00f6rperlieferanten wider. Durch die zeitzonen\u00fcbergreifende Zusammenarbeit in einem kontinuierlichen \u201eTag- und Nacht\u201c-Entwicklungszyklus maximierte Ricoh die Effizienz und beschleunigte die Innovation vom Konzept bis zum Prototyp. <\/p>\n\n<p>Die K\u00fchlrippe wurde als Vorserienmuster mit dem Ziel der Massenproduktion f\u00fcr reale Elektrofahrzeuganwendungen hergestellt. Bei Erfolg k\u00f6nnte dies einen wichtigen Schritt hin zur kommerziellen Einf\u00fchrung des Aluminium-Binder-Jetting-Verfahrens f\u00fcr funktionale Hochleistungskomponenten darstellen. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Zukunft des Aluminium-Binder-Jettings vorantreiben<\/h2>\n\n<p>Die BJT-Technologie von Ricoh erfreut sich im Bereich der additiven Metallverarbeitung zunehmender Beliebtheit und zeichnet sich durch pr\u00e4zise Pulverkontrolle, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Sintern und Skalierbarkeit f\u00fcr Produktionsumgebungen aus. Durch kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Materialien, Prozessautomatisierung und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit nach dem Sintern strebt Ricoh die Realisierung einer umfassenden Aluminium-BJT-Fertigung an, die den Anforderungen der Mobilit\u00e4ts- und Energiebranche der n\u00e4chsten Generation und dar\u00fcber hinaus gerecht wird. <\/p>\n\n<p>Der Ersatz von Kupfer durch Aluminium bietet zahlreiche Vorteile: geringere Kosten (insbesondere bei der Massenproduktion), geringeres Gewicht und eine stabilere Rohstoffversorgung.
