gebracht, mit dem superstarke Komponenten hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen, die ideal f\u00fcr den Automobilsektor geeignet sind.<\/h4>\n\n<p>Ricoh 3D bietet jetzt PA6-Material f\u00fcr SLS-Teile an, nachdem das letzte Materialqualifikationsteil letzten Monat produziert und verifiziert wurde.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/3d.ricoh.com\/de\/materials\/sls-2\/pa6\/\">PA6 <\/a>ist ein ungef\u00fclltes Nylon 6-Material mit Eigenschaften, die denen von spritzgegossenen Nylon 6-Teilen \u00e4hneln.<\/p>\n\n<p>Es erm\u00f6glicht die Herstellung von\nKomponenten, bei denen mechanische Festigkeit und Hitzestabilit\u00e4t wichtige Anforderungen sind.<\/p>\n\n<p>Enrico Gallino, Materialspezialist bei Ricoh, sagte: &#8222;Es ist sehr aufregend, dass wir jetzt PA6-Material f\u00fcr das selektive Lasersintern anbieten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8222;Wenn Sie Teile mit \u00fcberragender Festigkeit, Hitze- und Chemikalienbest\u00e4ndigkeit sowie komplexen Geometrien ben\u00f6tigen, dann haben wir die Antwort.  <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8222;Das PA6-Material ist die ideale L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Automobilkomponenten im Innen- und Au\u00dfenbereich, f\u00fcr Teile unter der Motorhaube, f\u00fcr elektrische Anschl\u00fcsse und f\u00fcr Funktionsprototypen.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n<p>PA6 bietet\nnachweislich Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen \u00d6l und Fl\u00fcssigkeiten, selbst bei hohen Temperaturen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ricoh bietet auch eine Reihe von\nNachbearbeitungsl\u00f6sungen mit PA6 an, darunter F\u00fcgen, Gl\u00e4tten und F\u00e4rben.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Das Material hat eine
