Mit unserer eigenen Technologie, Ricohs AM S5500P selektives Lasersintern\n (SLS-System) erm\u00f6glichte es Toyota, die Leistung von Prototypkomponenten auf\n ihre Testfahrzeuge, einschlie\u00dflich Windkanaltests. <\/p>\n\n<p>Durch die Herstellung von Prototypen mit AM konnte Toyota die Leistung von Prototypen aus Endverbrauchsmaterial bei Tests genauer nachvollziehen. Dadurch verk\u00fcrzte sich der gesamte Entwicklungszyklus seiner Produkte, was zu Kosteneinsparungen f\u00fchrte und die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit von AM nutzen konnte, um neue Modelle schneller auf den Markt zu bringen.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Als Teil dieser laufenden\n Ricoh hat au\u00dferdem daran gearbeitet, unser Polypropylen weiter zu verfeinern\n F\u00fcgeprozess f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfkomponenten wie diese, der es dem Kunden erm\u00f6glicht\n um von unserer Methodik der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und unserer Arbeitsweise zu profitieren\n Praktiken.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
